With the "Functional Magnetic Field Distribution" technology, LF410 is strong against unstable flow. From 15mm to 100mm, they are excellent for abrasive fluid because of Ceramic lining.

Combined with a multi-functional converter LF620 (Combined type) or LF622 (Separate type) equipped with its original Noise-suppression Circuit & Advanced Algorithms, The LF410 has a very high tolerance to noise, giving the unit a very stable output even for slurry fluid measurement.

The AF900 Hand-held terminal (HART(*1) Communicator) can be used for remote control. PROFIBUS-PA(*2) or Modbus(*3) interface is available as an option.

Position of electrodes in The LF502 Electromagnetic Flowmeter is so designed that it can be used even in a partially-filled pipe to measure the flow rate.

Improved functional magnetic field distribution technique enables a high-precision flow measurement continually from low-level to fully-filled flow conditions. This eliminates unnecessary piping work such as lifting the downstream pipe section to fill the detector pipe.

Compared with flowmeters measuring the flow rate by means of flow level, the obstructionless LF502 flow-meter does not usually allow mud, sands and other solid sediment stay at the bottom of the detector pipe and is unaffected by wave or floating solids on the fluid surface.

The LF470 is a small meter size detector designed to measure a small amount of fluids containing substances such as chemicals.

The wetted materials for the LF470 are corrosion resistant ceramic and platinum cermet electrods and are applicable to almost any kind of fluids. The LF470 is a lightweight palm-sized detector.

Combined with a multi-functional converter LF622 equipped with its original Noise-suppression Circuit &Advanced Algorithms, The LF470 has a very high tolerance to noise, giving the unit a very stable output even for slurry fluid measurement.

Capacitance Type LF511-600x600

Capacitance type Electromagnetic Flowmeter LF511/LF541/LF516/LF546

The capacitance type Electromagnetic flowmeter, model LF511/LF541, employs the surface electrode system outside the alumina ceramic tube, therefore, the electrodes do not come in contact with the process fluid. Its unique technology and mechanical design make it available for use not only on conventional applications but also on new applications such as low conductivity, abrasive and high concentration slurry.

Furthermore, this meter gives a stable flow measurement even though the insulation solid adheres to the wall of the tube. The LF511 detector can mount with the LF541 converter as combined type.

The alumina ceramic tube for LF511 detector is highly resistant to extreme temperatures and negative pressure.The multi-functional LF541 converter has an unique Noise-suppression Circuit & Advanced Algorithms, therefore, this flowmeter is highly resistant to noise and provides a stable output even for fluids containing slurries.

The AF900 Hand-held terminal (HART*1Communicator) can be used to communicate with the flowmeter from remote places.

Sanitary Type LF490

Sanitary electromagnetic flowmeters LF490 series are designed for applications handling food and beverages.

Sanitary flowmeters must be structured in such a way that operation and handling is simple, easy and thorough for the purpose of sanitary control such as cleaning (CIP/SIP), sterilization and drying.

The sanitary flowmeter has features provided with normal electromagnetic flowmeters and by using sanitary fittings for pipeline connections fluid does not remain in any place along the detector pipeline.Therefore, it is fit for flowrate measurement for food and beverages.

With the "Functional Magnetic Field Distribution" technology, LF490 is strong against unstable flow.
